Our approach

Care that starts with a conversation.

A good appointment isn't just clean teeth. You should leave knowing what we found, what it means and what you'd like to do next, with no pressure and no surprises.

  1. We explain before we treat

You'll see what we see and hear every option, including waiting and watching.

  2. You set the pace

Agree a stop signal at the start and take breaks whenever you need them.

  3. Prevention comes first

Small, steady habits protect your teeth better than big fixes later.

Your first visit

What happens, step by step.

Knowing what to expect makes everything easier. Here's how a first appointment usually goes.

  1. Say hello

Send a request and we'll get back to you to find a time that works for you.

  2. Talk it through

We start in conversation, not in the chair. Share your history, worries and goals.

  3. A gentle check

A careful look at your teeth and gums, with each step explained as we go.

  4. Your plan

Leave with clear, written options and costs. Take the time you need to decide.

Questions

Before you book.

Answers to the things people most often ask us first.

I'm very anxious about the dentist. Can you help?

Yes. Tell us in your request and we'll allow extra time, explain everything before we start, and agree a signal so you can pause at any moment.

What if I have toothache or a broken tooth?

Mention it in the note field and choose "Urgent concern". We'll prioritise your request and advise on next steps.

Do you see children?

We do. We recommend a first visit around the time the first teeth appear, then regular check-ups so visits feel familiar.

Will I know the cost before treatment?

Always. You'll get a written plan with costs before any treatment begins, and nothing goes ahead until you've agreed to it.
